Class Description

A Contract Administrator II reviews, analyzes and verifies documents submitted by contractors and vendors and compiles reports required for the finalization of services, commodities or construction contracts. Work of this class involves no supervisory duties or responsibilities.
Incumbents receive general supervision from a technical superior. Employees in this class work a con­ven­tional workweek. Work is performed primarily in an office where there are few uncomfortable work­ing conditions. Work requires minimal physical exertion.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION: Have a bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university with coursework in statistics, economics, data analytics or management, technology, mathematics, and/or the sciences.

EXPERIENCE: Have a minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training as a Data and/or Fiscal Analyst, contract administration work, project management, and project coordination.

NOTES (EQUIVALENCIES): Have a minimum of three (3) years of related experience and/or training as a Data and/or Fiscal Analyst will be equivalent to educational requirements, OR one (1) year working with data in the energy sector.
